An indispensable component in every kitchen is the enamelled cast iron French Oven. Staub has perfected this traditional vessel in our signature piece La Cocotte. The self-basting spikes on the flat lid completes an ideal environment for sumptuousstews, roasts, soups, casseroles and other one-pot classic dishes. The interior black matte enamel finish is an excellent surface for braising, resists scratching and develops non-stick qualities the more it is used. The Staub La Cocotte works on allcook-tops, including induction (not for microwave use) and is available in a wide range of colours and sizes.
